PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

FACEBOOK CUSTOM MATCH ADS
We may display interest-based ads to you when you are using Facebook through a tool offered by Facebook called the Custom Audience Tool. This tool allows us to personalize our ads based on your shopping experience with us. We do not share any of your personal information, including your shopping history, with Facebook. The tool lets PourMore convert your e-mail address to a unique number that Facebook uses to match to unique numbers Facebook generates from e-mail addresses of its users.
GOOGLE CUSTOM MATCH ADS
We may display interest-based ads to you when you are using Google through a tool offered by Google called the Custom Match Program. This tool allows us to personalize our ads based on your shopping experience with us. We do not share any of your personal information with Google. The tool lets PourMore convert your e-mail address to a unique number that Google uses to match to unique numbers Google generates from e-mail addresses of its users.
MICROSOFT ADVERTISING & MICROSOFT CLARITY
We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising. E-MAIL MARKETING
If you are opted in to receive marketing e-mails from us and wish to unsubscribe, you can do so by clicking on the Unsubscribe hyperlink at the bottom of the marketing e-mail you receive. We will note in our database that you have elected to opt out of future e-mails from our company. Your record will still remain in our database but you will not receive any future mailings unless we manually opt you back in.
You may also choose to opt out of e-mails by sending an e-mail to us at contact@pourmore.com. If you choose to opt out with this method, please be sure to include the e-mail address that you would like us to unsubscribe.
SMS MARKETING
We collect names, addresses, emails, and phone numbers from purchasers to ensure the delivery of your products. For prospects, we collect emails and phone numbers to provide timely deals.
We share information only with fulfillment partners to deliver your orders and never sell customer data to third parties. The website uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart including when you have abandoned your cart and this information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, which may have privacy policies that differ from our own. We are not responsible for the activities and practices that take place on these sites. ORDERS
When you place an order to purchase products using our website, you are not purchasing that product from us. RATHER, YOU ARE PURCHASING PRODUCTS FROM A LICENSED THIRD PARTY. We work with licensed companies who purchase, pack, and ship the prodcuts directly to the recipient who must be of legal drinking age in the United States of America.
Anyone making an order, owning an account, purchasing a gift, or any other action on pourmore.com must be of legal drinking age in the United States of America.
PourMore relies upon a network of third party retailers, vendors, distributors, and couriers. When an order is placed it is shared with a licensed third party to order and fulfill the order. At no time does PourMore take title to, possession of, or inventory related to any order placed on pourmore.com.
YOUR RIGHTS
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. PRICE INCREASES
