Club orders are shipped in batches, once per month, generally between the 5th and 15th of each month. We charge a range of shipping fees per bottle from $18-20shipment, depending on where we are shipping to and how far it is from the fulfillment center. Users can log into their account on Pourmore.com to manage their account and shipping schedule. If you are unable to do so through our software it may be too late and your shipment has already gone out. Reach out to us anyways at contact@pourmore.com and we will do what we can. I just placed an order and tried to do it and did not have any option to do so.

Orders do not arrive in the wooden box seen in some graphic displays.

PourMore relies upon a network of third party retailers, vendors, distributors, and couriers. When an order is placed it is placed with a licensed third party who fulfills the order. At no time does PourMore take title to, possession of, or inventory related to any order placed on pourmore.com. We are not a retailer.
