The Cocktail

Enjoy this tropical twist on the classic margarita. Made with butterfly pea flower infused tequila, pineapple syrup, passion fruit syrup and lemon / lime juices. The tequila adds a subtle floral note, while the pineapple and passion fruit bring a balance of sweetness and acidity. This cocktail is perfect for adding a fun and colorful touch to any party!

The Ingredients

• 60ml Tequila
• 30ml butterfly pea flower infused tequila
• 20ml passion fruit syrup(home made)
• 20ml pineapple syrup(home made)
• 60ml freshly squeezed blood orange juice
• 30ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 30ml freshly squeezed lime juice
• 2 passion fruit

The Build

1. In your shaker, scrape in the pulp of the two passion fruit. 
   
2. Add the lime juice, lemon juice, pineapple syrup, passion fruit syrup and the tequila.
3. Shake well over ice and dirty dump into a double rocks glass.
4. Top up with crushed ice.
5. Pour in the blood orange juice.
6. Then, float on the butterfly pea infused tequila.
7. I garnished with a skull cocktail pick with a wheel of lime and a wheel of blood orange.
8. And a sprig of fresh mint.
