The Cocktail

I love discovering new fruits and their flavors. The Pink glow pineapple tastes exactly like a yellow one but it’s pink! I dehydrated a bunch with juice enough to make a few cocktails and ate the rest with the fam. This particular one was very ripe and naturally sweet so no additional sweetener was needed to have a well balanced sip. Cheers!

The Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz Tequila
• 3/4 oz Aperol
• 3/4 oz Lime Juice
• 3/4 oz Pink Glow Pineapple Juice (can swap for regular Pineapple juice with no issues!)
• Mint Spring

The Build

1. Shake everything (including the mint) with ice
2. Strain over ice
3. Garnish and enjoy!
