    The Cocktail

    The classic margarita is a personal favorite and is very easy for anyone to make at home. Tequila as a whole has gotten extremely popular in recent years, with celebrities such as Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, George Clooney, Justin Timberlake and Adam Levine all getting in on the craze by creating or joining tequila companies. 

    The Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 oz Tequila
    • 3/4 oz Cointreau
    • 3/4 oz Lime Juice
    • 1/4 oz Agave Nectar
    • Sweet and salty half rim, I like using Pink Himalayan Salt
    • Garnish: Dehydrated Lime Wheel with Fresh Rosemary Sprig

    The Build

    • Shake all the ingredients with ice
    • Strain over ice
    • Garnish with a lime wedge or this fancy dehydrated lime wheel with rosemary.
    Make sure to always use quality ingredients such as freshly squeezed citrus juice and agave nectar to accompany your favorite tequila. Don't forget to serve it with a salted half rim. I personally like to add a little sugar to my salt to give it a sweet and salty experience.
