Pursuit United

Multistate blends from the Bourbon Pursuit podcast hosts

Pursuit United is blended, not distilled, and Pursuit names most of its sources. The bourbons come from three states: Bardstown Bourbon Co. in Kentucky, an unnamed Tennessee distillery, and Finger Lakes Distilling in New York. The New York one is wheated, meaning wheat takes rye's usual spot as the second grain, which softens the blend. The ryes pair Bardstown Bourbon Co. with two from Sagamore Spirit in Maryland.

Ryan Cecil and Kenny Coleman started the Bourbon Pursuit podcast in 2015 and the spirits company in 2018, and they blend and bottle in Louisville. We carry five. Triple Mash Bourbon and Triple Mash Rye are 88 proof. The Double Oaked Bourbon and Rye are 108 proof, with a second round on French oak. The Triple Mash Rye Barrel Proof goes in uncut, over 120 proof.
