The double oak finishing process starts with Pursuit United’s signature bourbon blend, which undergoes a lengthy secondary finish using custom 36-month seasoned French oak medium toasted staves. This extra maturation extracts extreme butterscotch notes while imparting a deep amber hue and velvety mouthfeel.

Aromas of rich butterscotch and toffee, complemented by the sweet scent of toasted marshmallows.
TASTE
Smooth butterscotch flavors dominate, balanced by notes of luscious vanilla custard.
FINISH
Warm and lingering. Cinnamon-spiced baked pears, followed by hints of toasted oak.
We try to ship out all each monthly batch of spirits between the 5th and 15th of the month. Any orders received after the 4th of a given month will be pushed to the following month's batch.
