Five & 20 Straight Rye Whiskey

Five & 20 Straight Rye Whiskey is an approachable, small-batch craft spirit engineered for depth and versatility. Distilled from a mash bill of 80% local rye and 20% malted barley, it ages for 18 to 24 months in new charred American white oak barrels. This aging process softens the characteristic rye spice with rich notes of caramel, oak char, and baking spices, delivering a balance that works exceptionally well whether enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in classic whiskey cocktails.

The spirit is produced by Five & 20 Spirits & Brewing in Westfield, New York, situated along the agricultural shore of Lake Erie between historic Routes 5 and 20. Operating as New York State’s first combined winery, brewery, and distillery, Five & 20 runs a fully integrated grain-to-glass operation. By sourcing grains from neighboring farms and utilizing sustainable, closed-loop production methods, the distillery captures the distinct agricultural terroir of the Chautauqua region in every bottle.
